Timber Cove’s professional event staff provide full-service support and can accommodate the full range of audio + visual + personal needs. Even the resort’s public spaces, such as the magnificent Great Room lobby and relaxed Outdoor Living Room, can be repurposed for full integration into your event.

Below is a breakdown of our currently available meeting packages at Timber Cove for your consideration. Although each option is pre-packaged as described, upgrades are always available – such as fireside cocktail reception, group yoga classes, dinner under the stars, gaming tournaments in our Outdoor Living Room, locally guided hikes, or private wine tastings.

ANSEL ADAMS COVE PACKAGE

$375++/person per day

 

Book a meeting for 15 to 60 attendees in our most breathtaking space at the renovated Timber Cove. Exposed timber beams, a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Ansel Adams room offers 900 square feet of flexible space that features both indoor and outdoor capabilities with jaw dropping views of the Pacific Ocean and Timber Cove. The package includes our newly refreshed guest rooms, group continental breakfast, am/pm breaks and lunch catered by Coast Kitchen, built-in bar, meeting tables, chairs, linens, easels and pads. Audio/visual equipment rentals are additional.

Package is valid for groups of 16 or more, available for stays Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Minimum of 10 rooms, maximum of 38.

THE OBELISK PACKAGE

$275++/person per day

 

Imagine your next executive meeting in Timber Cove's exclusive dining room, The Hirsch Room, situated on the cliffs above the Pacific, beneath the watchful eye of the Benny Bufano Peace Obelisk.

Set up boardroom style at our 12-foot locally crafted dining table, this setting is perfect for groups of up to 13 people. The room offers a cozy stone fireplace, wireless music system and 270-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and rugged shoreline.

This package includes our renovated guest rooms, continental breakfast, am/pm breaks, set menu lunch in Coast Restaurant or family style in The Hirsch Room, easel and pad. Package is valid for groups up to 13, available for stays Sunday through Thursday.

Minimum of 5 rooms, maximum of 13.
