California’s second smallest State Park is located at Timber Cove Resort. Designed by Beniamino Bufano, the Peace Statue Monument known as The Expanding Universe is an artistic masterpiece commissioned by Timber Cove’s original owner in 1962. The dramatic obelisk is a powerful symbol of peace. Fort Ross State Historic Park is a historical state park in Sonoma County, California, including the former Russian fur trading outpost of Fort Ross plus the adjacent coastline and native coast redwood forests extending inland.

Located right off Highway 1, Timber Cove is the perfect spot to take in the world’s most famous drive, with Bodega Bay to the South one hour and the quaint town of Jenner also to the South.
