Planning your stay at Timber Cove? Here’s everything you need to know.

General Information

What are the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must be 21 or older to check in.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid charges. Within 7 days, the first night’s room and tax will be charged. Flexible policies may apply to special offers—please check your confirmation email for details.

Yes. We’re a pet-friendly resort. Up to two pets per room are welcome for a $150 fee per stay. We provide water and food bowls and an off-leash area. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from fees.

Yes, Timber Cove is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

What is included in the room?

Every room features:

  • Handcrafted beds with premium linens
  • Flat screen 42” HDTV
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, and a record player
  • Coffee, water kettle, and minibar with local treats
  • Binoculars, Pendleton blankets, and organic bath products

Suites include: Smeg refrigerators, soaking tubs, and separate living rooms.

Yes. Rooms offer either breathtaking ocean views or serene forest views.

All rooms have a minibar. Select suites include a Smeg refrigerator and kitchenette. cooktop and ovens not available.

Yes. Connecting rooms are available upon request and based on availability. Please call us (1.707.847.3231) to arrange.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

Yes. Enjoy Coast Kitchen, our signature ocean-view restaurant serving seasonal, locally inspired fare. Also available:

  • The Great Room bar and lounge
  • The Outdoor Living Room, featuring fireside drinks, billiards, and ping pong

Breakfast is available for purchase but not included in standard room rates unless noted in a promotional offer.

Yes. Room service is available during restaurant hours with a curated menu of snacks, drinks, and full meals.

We’re perched above the Pacific along the rugged Sonoma Coast:

  • 5 hours from San Francisco
  • 1 hour from Sonoma County Airport (STS)

Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking for in-house hotel guests, along with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for both Tesla and universal electric vehicles.

Guests under 16 are not permitted in the fitness center.

6. Accommodations

Do you offer accommodations for the wedding party or guests?
Timber Cove Resort offers 46 guest rooms and suites. Pricing is seasonal and based upon the size of the block. Discounted Group Rates range from $350.00 for entry level rooms to $1200 for suites.

For large events, our sales team can recommend nearby venues, within 5 miles.

Booking and Policies

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Call us directly 1.707.847.3231 or follow the instructions in your confirmation email. If you booked through a third-party site, contact them directly for changes.

Yes. We regularly offer promotions for extended stays, early bookings, and seasonal packages. Check our Offers page or sign up for our newsletter.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

family and accessibility

Are pack and plays available?

Yes, upon request and based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

Rollaway beds are not available; however, cots can be provided upon request. Contact us for more information 1.707.847.3231.

No, we do not provide babysitting services.

Yes. We offer three ADA-compliant rooms (1 suite, 2 ground-floor ocean view rooms) and accessible paths, restrooms, parking, and public spaces. Please let us know how we can best support your needs.

Yes, elevators are available for guest use.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

We do not have a traditional business center, but basic printing services are available at the Front Desk.

Yes. Please make any special requests at the time of booking or during your stay.

Yes, same-day laundry and dry-cleaning services are available for a fee. Service is offered on a limited schedule.
