Venue Fee:
$2,500 (up to 12 guests) + 10% Admin Charge + 9.25% Sales Tax

Includes use of the property for photography, Events Lawn or other pre-approved ceremony location within 26-acres of property.

Private Coast Commune Room for a pre-selected Elopement Dinner of up to 12 guests (charged separately). This space includes a fireplace, a large, wooden slab table and large windows that frame the setting sun and sea.

Room Rates:
The Resort will offer the couple and all wedding guests a 15% discount off our regular room rates per night (charged separately).
