Check-in is from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must be 21 or older to check in.
Our general cancellation policy is that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges. Flexible policies may apply to special offers – please check your confirmation email for details.
Yes. We’re a pet-friendly resort. The fee is $150.00 USD for the first pet and $50.00 USD for the second pet (maximum two pets per room), including pet amenities. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from fees.
Yes, Timber Cove is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Our guest rooms feature the following amenities: Wireless internet, private balcony or patio, Crosley LP record player with vinyl library, eco-friendly LATHER toiletries, luxurious linens and towels, minibar, flat screen television, mini refrigerator, in-room Steep coffee and tea, yoga mat, safe, ironing board or steamer, hairdryer, and Nest-guided fireplaces (in most rooms).

A $35 USD Resort Fee per room per night is applied to all reservations at Timber Cove Resort. Please note that effective January 1, 2026, the Resort Fee will be $40 USD per room per night. This fee includes access to the following amenities during your stay, including:
– Daily coffee and pastries in the Great Room lobby
– Nightly turndown service upon request
– Live music performed by local artists on Wednesday nights in the Great Room lobby
– Wine tastings with local wineries on Tuesdays & Thursdays
– S’mores by the outdoor fire pits on Fridays*
– Champagne offered during sunset hours on Saturdays
– Frisbee golf to be offered at our Timber Cove Ridge property (coming in 2026)*
– On-site scavenger hunt across the property’s ocean view acres, for adults and children to enjoy
– Pool, ping pong, oversized chess and foosball games offered in the Outdoor Living Room
– Board games, books and card games available in the Great Room lobby
– Fresh baked cookies offered nightly in the Great Room lobby
– Fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment including Peloton bike
